COAST TO COAST GRASS · BUYING CHECKLIST
Manual core aerator or machine rental?
Print using your browser’s Print command, or save as PDF. This is a blank planning checklist, not a product test.
Before you choose
Use this checklist with the current manual and listing. Borrowing, renting or keeping working equipment may fit the job better than buying.
- Cause and timing
Confirm compaction rather than inferring it from clay texture; choose conditions that allow grass recovery.
- Scale and effort
Measure the affected area. Compare repeated manual stepping with rental transport, access and operating requirements.
- Core or spike
Check that the tool removes soil cores if coring is the intended job. Spikes perform a different operation.
- Site preparation
Locate and mark irrigation components and other obstacles; address utility concerns before equipment work. Follow the manual.
